Our story goes a little like this. There was a young lady who loved helping people using her talents of organizing and paying attention to detail. She was fascinated about the idea of traveling the world. Then, right out of high school she had the opportunity to go to Spain; the trip lit the fire to her passion! She started taking as many trips as she could making travel a necessity to her yearly routine. When she wasn't planning her own trips, she started planning other people's trips as a hobby. That young girl with big dreams, blossomed into a wife, mom, career woman, and now, a business owner of a travel agency. That business grew and grew. It earned more and more happy clients who loved traveling with the woman's vacation services. The woman was able to take her family to beautiful places, too, to explore and discover. They all created amazing memories together! Everyone lived happily ever after.

Meet Rachel Pride
Travel planning takes risk, dedication, and lots of strong will -- all words used to describe the daring and dedicated Rachel Pride. When choosing a travel agent, you would rather have someone who's going to politely tell you exactly what you need to know to make your trip possible. Rachel is that person. Born in Grand Rapids, Michigan, now living in Kalamazoo, she embodies the spirit of her home state with grace.
Everyone has their travel preferences; Rachel understands and creates your trip based on your needs and desires. Personally, adventure travel is Rachel's style of choice. She has loved her experiences jumping out of planes and jumping off the Stratosphere. Hopefully someday soon, she will be swimming with sharks and heading back to Africa to visit the Giraffe Manor House, Rachel also gets her adrenaline from her greatest adventure of all; her family. Together for 19 years and married for ten, her and her husband, Andre, share two incredible sons. For her family travels, Rachel keeps the adventures safe and fun for the whole family, but she loves to get some adults-only time too!
As her love of travel grew, so Rachels travel needs have developed. She believes everyone deserves multiple vacations a year, and she is committed to planning a few personal trips annually. While that wasn't always possible in the early years of her life, it's something that she has been working on to make possible for a long time.
Alongside travel planning, Rachel has spent almost 16 years doing records management, honing her organizational skills and sharp eye for detail. She spends her off time working diligently for her clients, dedicating her travel skills to planning the best adventures. She has earned tons of travel certifications with top partners like AMResorts, Blue Diamond, Royal Caribbean, several destination tourism boards, and many, many more. Rachel is also apart of several travel planning organizations to ensure that she is up-to-date and knowledgeable in every area that will benefit her clients. Rachel’s passion and talent for understanding the travel world is evident in every trip she plans with care.
